8.5% Another wonderful beer. A strong dark ale, possibly? It’s dark but in the light glows ruby red. An off white head suggests some darker malts, but I know there’s a good amount dark candi sugar. No roasted flavors. This is the componant to the Tremens a little yeast note – bready in a belgian [...]

12oz Dark as hell. this beer was the darkest foam I have ever seen. Dark fruit aroma, figs. remnisant of a barleywine – dark , yet with out strong astringent beitter black malts. Balanced well with bitterness. Great beer, Thanks Jared!

the pale ale turned put great made on 3/6/07
The flavor of hop is unique. A relief not to have the cascade or other citrusy hops.
this was based loosely on empyrean’s lunaSea ESB
A touch thin… but great. Could mash higher, but I am happy with it.

Bully Porter By Boulevard Brewing Co.
12 oz bottle – 2row, wheat, hops, water and yeast.
Dark, almost black looking with nice ruby tones on the edges.
This is a hoppy porter for sure. I had a rough 4th of july once when I was about 20 with this beer. Nice Tan head on top that [...]

this hefe was one of my first favorite beers.
I love the bottle shape so I drank many, many paulaner’s to build up my homebrewing bottle collection.
A real pleasant eye-opener to the bananas and cloves of the german wheat beers.
