Duvel…
So dry and delicious. A target beer for sure.
Bigfoot2007 – A big bitter beer.
I know this one will be great next year. It’s got plenty of rough edges to soften. -

delicious.    – small bottle purchased at the BEERTOPIA – quite wonderful.
light straw pours to a very light amber.. darker than a duvel.  A thick head quickly  subsides leaving a light persistant head.  ‘
Light alcohol aroma with yeast/ fruity aromas backed by a hint of malt.
Very light lingering Pils malt flavor,  subtly (sp?) balanced by some [...]

So Far So GOOD!
I’ve raised gallons of yeast from less than a thimble-full – or 35million cells.
The plan is to try it out on various batches of ours to see if it helps us out with our malt profiles.   I will post propagation plans, as this develops.

Had a few Fuller’s last night – ESB, and London Pride, the latter being my favorite of the two. The ESB was buttery, a touch is acceptablebut my personal threshold must be lower.
