How To….
This is the section describing the various processes:
- making wort from grain (ie. single-infusion, step mashing, decoction)
- making a starter to build up yeast cells for multiple batches, or a really big beer
- follow the beer from the beginning of fermentation to bottle/keg
- force carbonating vs. natural carbonation
- taking gravity readings with a hydrometer to figure ABV, appearent attenuation, “if the beer is ready” to bottle.
