A wonderful line of beers. I can’t think of a single bad thing about them. I found some coasters at Max and Joe’s in Omaha, where I enjoyed the Abt 12 on Tap.

and chill it,
then heat up the sparge water.
Recirculated… Run Off….
boil, – Hop That Brew – Video
and Chill.

I have yet to tear in to the temptation, but I have had a few bottles of the La Follie. It quickly became one of my favorite beers I have ever had. Not only do I appreciate the beer and the wonderful sour flavors, but I enjoy thinking about the different barrels’ contributions to the [...]

Dry hopped last weeks brew.. will keg/transfer next week. I’d like to bottle condition some of this, but I am not sure I am up for the effort. I’d like to do as much of it at [...]

My guess is that the beer [...]

I made some beer last tuesday, at home, for the first time in ages.
Everything went pretty damn well. Using the pump to chill the wort speeds up the end quite a bit! and no heavy lifting of boiling wort. I have been using a similar S.S. mesh as found in my mash tun, – on [...]

I had a catagory called ‘beer’ — can you believe that?
I ditched it.. it’s just beer reviews, brewing, various stuff, video (content), and yeast and now microbiology is now added because of my interest in the use of Lactic Acid Bacteria.
That’s what’s up.
